On The Rise Artisan Breads is one of the asian bakeries listed in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The business is registered at 3471 Fairmount Blvd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.
Hours at these spots often run into the evening, later than a typical coffee shop, and many stay open on weekends when demand is highest in Cleveland Heights. Seasonal and limited-time drink or dessert flavors are common, so a shop's current menu can differ from what is posted online; checking recent photos or calling ahead helps. Some locations in Ohio are dessert-only with no seating, meant for takeout, while others have cafe-style seating for staying a while. Straws for bubble tea are typically wide to accommodate the toppings, and are provided automatically unless you ask for a regular one. Loyalty apps and stamp cards are common at chain locations, and ordering ahead through an app can shorten a wait considerably at busy locations during peak after-school and after-dinner hours.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (216) 320-9923. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is ontheriseartisanbreads.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 760 reviews, which is a strong result for an asian bakery in Cleveland Heights and suggests consistent service.

Really *wanted to* support this celebrated local bakery. The pastries are very good. The bread is good, but tends to be a little overly crusty/hard to my own taste. The Bahn Mi sandwich is decent. But the customer service is spotty at best - way too much snorting and eye rolling from the youthful hipster staff. When I asked if I could get my loaf of bread sliced, the person behind the counter acted like I had 3 heads. Apparently, this bakery is so preciously, self-consciously, artisanal, sliced bread is some sort of an abomination. I don’t know. I’ve been to a lot of bakeries in my life. Bread slicing is the norm, not the exception. And, of course, all this takes place after I’ve had a terrible time trying to park my car in one of the 3 or 4 curbside spots and have usually needed to drive around the block a few times. Meanwhile, The Stone Oven has ample parking, great bread & pastries, delicious soup and sandwiches and a consistently friendly staff. No wonder The Stone Oven is always packed with happy patrons.

Wow! There's only one other bakery that I like better than On The Rise, and that's in NYC. No lie. On The Rise is so good that when we come in from out of state, we try to find an AirBnB within walking distance. On the Rise is so good that we eat in so that we --a family of 4--can buy our breakfasts there every day. On The Rise is so phenomenal that we gladly wrap up a few loaves to take back to NYC, and still love them when they're stale! Seriously, they're that awesome. And we've only ever had excellent service.

Do not miss out on this gem! These are some of the best pastries we’ve ever had (croissants, breakfast sandwiches, scones), or at least in a VERY long time. Everything tasted just as fresh as you’d expect walking into the place, and watching them prep from the semi-open kitchen in the back. There are so many available options, it’s hard to choose. I’ll be honest, my coffee wasn’t the greatest, but I think that’s just me being picky in what was otherwise a great stop! There is street parking outside that people frequently move in/out of, so relatively easy to park, as well as enjoy the beautiful summer weather from their picnic benches out front, as well (limited indoor seating). Quick service and fairly priced. I hope we’ll be able to come back some day when we’re in the area again — sad this isn’t just down the road from us every day.

Hands down one of the best bakeries around. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with skill and care, from perfectly crusty breads to flaky pastries and delicious sandwiches. The quality is unbeatable, and you can taste the difference in every bite. A little tip: they often sell out of popular items (for good reason!), so plan on going early to get the full selection. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and baked goods worth making a trip for.

I was recommended this place by my cousin for their focaccia bread they didn’t disappoint me. They do have a very rustic break bakers feel to the place inside, no fancy modern style it’s simple it’s rustic it’s very nice to be there smell the bread. We picked up some croissants and bread everything tasted amazing. The service was amazing they were very patient and explaining any questions I had recommend if I was confused which was really nice as i was visiting and this was my first time. The price point is unbeatable it’s amazing how they are not over priced.
